Biography
Né à Ottawa, mais ayant passé la majorité de sa vie à Montréal, Troy Lovegates aussi connu sous Other a réalisé beaucoup de graffitis, la plupart du temps sur des trains. Sa passion pour les trains va de pair avec sa vie de bohème. Il a exposé ses oeuvres dans plusieurs galeries à travers le monde et a obtenu plusieurs résidences d’artiste. Son oeuvre est apparue dans plusieurs magazines et a remportée de nombreux prix. Il a également reçu différentes bourses, la plupart d’entre elles provenant du Conseil des arts du Canada. Il vit présentement en Californie.

Canada Council of the Arts – Travel grant from the for Nov-Dec. to create a mural within the Centre de Cultura Contemporania De Barcelona in Spain.

Quebec – Ameriques pour la Jeunesse – Travel grant to work in Lima, Peru on a mural project with local young aspiring muralists during the month of February.
