Biography
Biography
Born in Ottawa, but passed the most part of his life in Montreal, Troy Lovegates also known as Other did a lot a graffitis mostly on trains. This passion for trains suits very well his bohemian lifestyle. He has exhibited his work throughout a large number of venues around the world and got many artist residencies. His work has been featured in art magazines and won many awards. He also received different grants for his work, most of them from the Canada Council for the arts. He’s currently living in California.

Quebec – Ameriques pour la Jeunesse – Travel grant to work in Lima, Peru on a mural project with local young aspiring muralists during the month of February.
